The ESH Desk Reset Lab™ is a practical workshop for people who spend long hours at a desk. It focuses on simple, realistic changes that protect the neck, back, and wrists without turning the office into a gym.

Who this workshop is for

No special clothing is needed – everything can be done in normal workwear.

What happens in the session

In the Desk Reset Lab™, participants will:

  • Learn how head and shoulder position affect comfort and energy levels

  • Try short “micro-break” routines (1–3 minutes) that fit into the working day

  • Practise chair-based and standing drills to loosen neck, back, and hips

  • Explore simple ways to set up screens, chairs, and keyboards for comfort

  • Receive a small menu of exercises they can repeat on their own

The emphasis is on tiny, doable changes that actually get used.
