What happens in the session
In the Desk Reset Lab™, participants will:

Learn how head and shoulder position affect comfort and energy levels

Try short “micro-break” routines (1–3 minutes) that fit into the working day

Practise chair-based and standing drills to loosen neck, back, and hips

Explore simple ways to set up screens, chairs, and keyboards for comfort

Receive a small menu of exercises they can repeat on their own
The emphasis is on tiny, doable changes that actually get used.
