This friendly, low-pressure workshop is designed to help people over 50 feel steadier on their feet and more comfortable in their bodies. It blends balance drills, gentle mobility, and posture coaching in a warm, encouraging atmosphere.

Who this workshop is for

No previous exercise experience is needed.

What happens in the session

Participants will:

  • Explore simple balance drills for walking, stairs, and everyday tasks

  • Use gentle, joint-friendly movements for hips, knees, ankles, and spine

  • Learn posture ideas that protect the joints without forcing stiff positions

  • Practise breathing to release tension and support confidence

  • Leave with a short home routine to keep progress going

Everything can be adapted with chairs or support as needed.
