Athletes will:

  • Assess simple posture and breathing patterns that affect running form

  • Use Twist & Reset™ drills for hips, hamstrings, calves, and thoracic spine

  • Explore foot and ankle work for better ground contact and stability

  • Practise breathing strategies for easier, more efficient running

  • Learn short reset routines to use before and after training or matches
