The ESH Twist & Reset™ Workshop is a gentle, practical session that helps people move more freely, reduce tension, and feel more at home in their bodies. It is designed for real life, not for the gym, and it suits beginners just as much as experienced movers.

Movements are slow, controlled, and easily adapted. There is no high-impact work and no need for special fitness clothing.
What happens in the session
In the ESH Twist & Reset™ Workshop you will:

Begin with a simple posture and breathing check to notice how your body feels today

Learn why head position, phone use, and chair habits can upset the whole body

Use gentle twisting and rotation drills for the spine, hips, shoulders, and feet

Explore small somatic style movements to release tension without forcing

Practise easy breathing resets that calm the nervous system and quieten the mind

Finish with two or three “take home” exercises that you can repeat in your own time
The focus is always on awareness, comfort, and curiosity, not on perfection. You are encouraged to move only within a pain free range and to rest whenever you need.
