Refund Policy — eBooks and Digital Downloads

This policy applies to eBooks and digital downloads purchased from Enjoy Smart Health. These products are supplied electronically, so there is no physical item to return and no return postage.

Change-of-mind refunds

We do not offer an additional voluntary money-back guarantee. Your legal cancellation rights and rights relating to faulty or incorrectly supplied content remain unaffected.

Your right to cancel

For customers in Ireland and the EU, online digital purchases generally have a 14-day cancellation period starting when the contract is made.

This right ends once supply of the digital content begins only where you have expressly agreed to supply starting during that period, acknowledged that you will lose your cancellation right, and we have provided the legally required confirmation.

If these conditions have not been met, your applicable cancellation rights remain in place. Downloading a file does not, by itself, remove those rights.

To exercise a cancellation right, email enjoysmarthealth360@gmail.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Include your order number or other information that helps us identify your purchase.

Problems with your eBook

If your download does not arrive, the file will not open, you receive the wrong eBook, or the content is faulty or not as described, contact enjoysmarthealth360@gmail.com.

We will help resolve the problem, including supplying a working or correct file where appropriate. Where the law entitles you to a price reduction or refund, we will provide it. You do not have to accept a replacement where you have a legal right to an immediate refund.

Refund payments

Refunds due following a valid statutory cancellation or termination will be issued without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline, normally no later than 14 days after we are informed. Refunds will use your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the payment.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights, including any mandatory protections applicable in your country. Changes to this policy do not remove rights or promises applicable to earlier purchases.

This policy covers digital products. It does not set cancellation terms for Somatix classes, workshops or one-to-one appointments.
